Job Summary

It is the job of the Account Executives to provide professional services to our clients and increase the popularity and acceptability of the images owned or managed by photographers of VeraHo Production, also to support Account Director in designing & optimizing a sales plan to achieve sales targets. But whatever the focus of the sales team, the role of the Account Executive is to sell images and to meet or exceed predefined sales targets.

To achieve this the Account Executives will be expected to fulfill the needs of existing clients and actively seek out new clients. This can involve our production team and actively producing new products in response to customer requirements, and suggesting relevant products and services to customers, determining and in some cases predicting their needs.

The Account Executive will be advising our clients on a range of services to meet their photographic and budgetary requirements, also negotiate rates for the services/products with clients and handle the sale from the original contact right through to delivery, invoicing and follow-up. They may help the company develop its product sales strategy and marketing plan by working with the Marketing Department to spot trends and identify new niche markets and promotional strategies.

Support Account Director in designing & optimizing a sales plan to achieve sales targets.

Advising customers on a range of services to meet their photographic and budgetary requirements.

Respond to WeChat, emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence in a timely manner.

Enrich, update and maintain client database.

Respond to client inquiries, and handle customer concerns.

Be responsible for the sales contracts and other documents managements, including classification, sorting, archiving, and storage.

Be a good team player, be positive, self-disciplined and highly motivated.

Have a good understanding of ideology, technology, and aesthetics.

Be knowledgeable about the products and services you are selling, and ensure customers are well informed to make an appropriate purchasing decision.

Have excellent sales skills and customer service skills, be able to predict and meet the needs of a varied customer base, and be able to build rapport with a wide variety of people.

Proficiency in Apple iWork, and have a good understanding of databasing.

Obtain good maths skills for dealing with payments.

Have strong verbal and written communication skills, communicate clearly and concisely via phone, WeChat and email.

Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is required. English is a plus.
