We are seeking a Human Resource Specialist professional in Guangzhou to lead strategic recruitment plans development and will be responsible for executing effective recruitment campaigns on behalf of VeraHo Production. You will liaise with internal sales, marketing and social media teams to coordinate and align recruitment messaging, and responsible for the company’s employees, long-term development needs and staff configuration and recruitment, staff development and evaluation, morale and rewards and punishment, labor relationship management.
Plan company recruitment and ensure the execution, including develop recruitment plans, writing job descriptions, screening and selecting the right candidates.
Conducts candidates’s resumes screening.
Interviews candidates and makes selection recommendations, evaluating applicant qualifications.
Performs and coordinates On-boarding and integration activities.
Establish the process to manage employee archives and employment contract conclusion, alteration, renewal and termination.
Implement employee enrollment, demission and transfer according to the process.
Maintain company’s organization, plan company recruitment ，assists in the development and implementation of retention strategies and ensure the execution.
Analyzes trends and makes recommendations on work process improvements, review data and assists with HR data integrity issues.
Develops and manages HR work process documentation, performance management metrics and data collection.
At least 2 years HR professional experience.
Demonstrated analytical and work process management capabilities.
Must have experience and knowledge of HR management policies and work processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Able to work and establish a positive relationship with people from different regions, level and departments, both internally and externally.
Fluent command of both Mandarin and Cantonese language; good command of English is highly desirable.
