Job Summary

Primary responsibility is to maintain organization and provide administrative assistance for the General Manager. This person will be provided with general supervision by the General Manager and will need to be organized, self-motivated, resourceful, and able to successfully handle multiple concurrent duties and assignments with minimal direct supervision.

Assist GM to deal with daily work. Arrange, coordinate and remind the schedule for him.

Help track and implement all the work that GM arranged, offer related report if necessary.

Familiar with company’s business and working process, responsible for requests delivery and communication among departments, analysis their daily work, feedback their request and question to GM and management team.

Strictly implement company’s rules and regulations, prepare relevant planning, and orga-nize implementation.

Arrange and coordinate meetings that GM participated, prepare related documents, com-plete meeting minutes.

Prepare draft proposals and presentations with direction from the leadership and/or sup-port from other individuals or departments, as necessary.

Follow up special projects assigned, assist in monitoring projects progress/timeline status, preparing related report.

Complete the document work with high quality, trim the document and put on record.

Provide overall office management and administrative duties such as business telephone from guests and colleagues, memos, emails and letters.

Arrange business travel and pre booking work.

Support staff training, development and evaluation, maintain employee records.

Responsible for administration office facilities and equipments maintenance, order mainte-nance when necessary.

Other work that GM arranged temporarily.

More than 2 years administration experience.

Excellent English both in oral and written, excellent Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese) communication skills, excellent IT skills (Pages, Numbers, Keynotes, Word, Excel, Power- Point).

Smart, independent work ability, diligent, good at learning, good team work, good commu-nication, coordination and writing.Be accepting applications from applicants currently resident in Guangzhou.

Bachelor degree or above.
