We’re seeking Darkroom Specialists to join our growing Post-Production team. You will be working closely with the Lead Retoucher, production and merchandising teams to ensure quality, color and style consistency throughout the brand’s imagery. The Retoucher must possess strong experience retouching for production in a deadline driven high volume environment. This is a hands-on position with growth potential.
Support Account Director in designing & optimizing a sales plan to achieve sales targets.
Support Account Executive on a range of services to meet our customer' s photographic and budgetary requirements
Respond to WeChat, emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence in a timely.
Enrich update and maintain cient database.
Track production process, adn handle customer concerns.
Be responsible for the sales contracts and other documents managements, including classitncation, sorting, archiving, and storage.
Bea good team player, be positive, self- disciplined and highly motivated.
Be knowedgeable about the products and services we are slling.
Have good communication skils and customer service sill, be able to meet the needs of a varied customer base, and be able t build rapport with a wide variety of people.
Have strong verbal and written communication sills, communicate clearly and concisely via phoneNeChat and email Obtain good maths sils for dealing with payments.
Profhciency in Mandarin and Cantonese is required. English is a plus.
